Legal

We adhere to the latest, most updated state, local and federal legislation that applies to management and rental of properties. As your Property Manager, we prepare the lease agreements, lease renewals, termination notices in compliance with applicable laws. In addition, we also do the processing of insurance claims (if any), and other legal matters.

Tenants

Rent

We handle the financial records of your property including the collection of security deposits and monthly rental payments of the tenants. We transfer/direct deposit the rent to owner. We will also handle delinquent rent payments, tenant evictions (if in the unlikely event it occurs).
